Here are a few easy tips for troubleshooting the lights before contacting us:
Secondly, check the GFCI outlet. All outdoor outlets should be on a GFCI. This means that when it rains, the outlet will sometimes flip the switch on the GFCI and the power to the outlet will be shut off. In this case, you will usually have to wait for the lights to dry out before resetting the outlet by pushing the reset button in. If the GFCI outlet will not reset then you should also check your breaker box inside the house - sometimes this will get flipped off during the rain as well. For older GFCI outlets that are a constant problem, we recommend having an electrician replacing them.
